Important update to Service Resolution Request notifications
User Level Settings for SRR
Service Resolution Request notifications are now user specific. Each user profile has a toggle button to turn SRR on and off. Watch this brief 45 second video to learn how to configure this for users in your organization. If you do not set up SRR notifications, you may not know when a patient wants to be contacted about their experience.
