Provider Level Data

In multi-provider practices, individual providers can now see analytics and feedback specific to their appointments. This requires a little bit of set-up that we're happy to walk through with you - book a 15-minute call with us to get started.

View leaderboard by practice or provider

For multi-practice users, you can now see your leaderboard by provider view in addition to the standard practice view.

Bug Fixes and Improvements

• A single "family" survey will now be sent to families who have multiple family members with appointments on the same day.

• Improved wording in pediatric surveys

• Improved sentiment analysis to more accurately identify positive feedback
