Experience Metric Widget

You wanted to be able to explore individual metrics, and now you can! Dive down deep into run charts for each of your 14 individual experience metrics. Add the widget, set the timeframe, and off you go!

Outcome Rating and Outcome Change Widgets Update

It's helpful to be able to see the differences in patient-reported outcomes for new patients vs existing patients; the first can show you how healthy (or not) patients are when they come into your practice. The second shows their level of health after you've had a chance to see them. This new vs existing division is now represented in the outcome rating and outcome change widgets!

N/A For Survey Questions

Patients have asked for it, and we've delivered. Sometimes they don't have an answer for a specific question because it wasn't applicable to their experience. Now they can indicate this, which helps make your data more accurate.

Bugs: Fixes and Improvements

We're always cleaning up around the edges. We've made enhancements for patient surveys on mobile, improvements to the login process (you can use the icon to see or hide your password now), as well as some tweaks to your monthly scorecard emails.
