What's on the top of your mind should be on the top of your dashboard! On your analytics page, you can now add various widgets (like 'Monthly Patient Experience Metrics' or 'Patient Outcome Metrics Over Time') to visualize what patient data is most important. You can drag and drop these widgets in any order you desire. Choose as many as are helpful to include on your page!

Custom Sender Name For Emails

For surveys sent by email, customize the name of the sender to best reflect your practice and keep your brand and your people at the top of patients' minds.

Monthly Summary Report

You've worked hard all month to provide an exceptional patient experience. Now all of that hard work will show up in a monthly summary email, showing you your overall DK score, your leading and lagging experience metrics, and your most positive feedback from the month! Bulk Sending For Customers On Non-Integrated EDRs

Send all of your surveys with a couple of clicks! Simply upload a report from your EDR, click send, and everyone receives the ability to provide patient-reported data all at once. Hooray!
