See how your practice ranks across the DifferentKind community

Your practice is getting great feedback from your patients, but have you ever wondered how you're doing relative to other practices? Now you can see how your patient experience score ranks relative to other practices on the DifferentKind Platform. In addition, we'll be rolling out extensions of this feature across various widgets in the coming weeks!

Outlier widget and outliers in feedback

One of the interesting things we've seen in data across all practices is that there is often one part of an experience that significantly impacts the overall experience in either a positive or a negative way. We call these outliers. Now you can add a widget that shows your top three outlier metrics from a positive and a negative perspective for a given month so you can easily identify trends that can help improve your scores.

You can also see outliers on an individual basis listed under the patient's feedback.

Bugs: Fixes and Improvements

We're always working to make things easier and more user-friendly.
‣We added a login button to the Different Kind website, just in case your browser doesn't remember the login URL.
‣We have also enabled tooltips on touch devices for patients to easily access this information.
