Single-Click Service Recovery 
When a patient's experience is less than optimal (remember, that threshold is customizable in your 'Practices' page), we want to give you every opportunity to resolve the patient's issues. Ultimately, this helps reduce patient attrition and negative social media reviews. Now, it's easier than ever for patients to opt-in to being contacted when this occurs. When patient issues get resolved without friction, everyone wins!
Bugs: Fixes and Improvements 
When my son announces that his belly hurts, he says, "I have a stomach bug. It's a caterpillar." We're making your caterpillars feel better as well with fixes and improvements to the login process, service resolution request tracking, and various other bits and bobs that should make everything run just that little bit more smoothly.
