🌷 DifferentKind April Feature Updates - 75 Languages Supported, Improved Leaderboard, and More!
We're been working on a ton of new features, and are excited to share them with you!
75 Languages Supported! 
We want to be sure that patients can communicate with you in their preferred language, and to this end, we now support 75 different languages. If patients respond in a language other than English, you'll see "Translated" in their feedback card, and if they request to be contacted, you'll see the language they responded in so you can be prepared when you reach out to them.

Leaderboard Enhancements 
Want to understand how your practices or providers are ranked only for a specific metric? Want to see rankings for a specified time period? Need to see changes in scores from a specific date range? Now you can! Our new leaderboard helps you dive into the rankings in your organization in just the way you want to see them!
Driving Retention with Improved SRR Notifications 
One of the most important things you can do to keep patients who had a less-than-optimal experience is call them back AS SOON AS POSSIBLE when they request to be contacted. To help you with this, we now show you how many SRRs need to be managed at the top of your home screen, and you can still manage your most recent SRRs on your home screen as well.

We've been working hard behind the scenes to build the AI infrastructure necessary to help you drive the next best action based on your data. In Q2, we will continue to launch features that help you move from understanding into action!
