Making some changes in your practice that you'd like to measure? Implement a new scheduling system? Changes in the billing process? Now you can easily ask a customizable question, in addition to the 14 evidence-based experience metrics and 4 outcome metrics we already collect! You can ask one question, which can be changed every 7 days, per practice location.

The data for the additional question you choose to ask is displayed on your practice home page. You can see past questions asked and the run charts associated with each.Â

Wondering how many patients responded to a metric to give you that 5-star rating? Now you can hover over each metric to see the number of responses.Â

Click the link in an email or SMSÂ notification to be taken directly to the feedback that needs to be addressed. Quick and easy, so you can resolve the patient's issue in a timely fashion.
